1. Get a copy of the brochure either by calling us at +632 8128828 or +63 9175354624 or drop us an email at info@i-tmc.com. 2. Fill up the Sign-Up form. 3. Fax the completed sign-up form to our facsimile. 4. Upon receipt of your faxed sign-up form, you will receive an email confirmation. 5. Pay the Investment Fee. Send the cheque to the designated address. 6. Upon receipt of the cheque, we will issue an Official Receipt, stating that you are now officially registered to join the event.
After this, we will send you a Pre-Event Questionnaire. You need to fill up the Pre-Event Questionnaire and send it to us via email. |
